This figure is an item from Kotobukiya’s ArtFX J series, which focuses on creating detailed scale figures of characters from Japanese properties. ![]() Despite being a prominent character in the series, Tamaki only has one widely available figure: the “ArtFX J Fire Force Tamaki Kotatsu”. With the popularity of the series on the rise, several kinds of merchandise based on Tamaki have been produced, with one of the most popular kinds being collectible figures. One such character is Tamaki Kotatsu, one of the main heroines from the series. ![]() With this, however, some humans gained the ability to create and control fire. Although some of humanity survived, they live in fear of bursting into flames every day. The manga is set in a fictional, post-apocalyptic version of Tokyo that was devastated by an event simply known as the “Great Cataclysm”. In 2019, the franchise received an anime adaptation that was produced by David Production. As of early 2021, the series has accumulated a total of twenty-six tankobon volumes. It is both written and illustrated by Atsushi Okubo, the same artist that created Soul Eater previously.
